Music may be the answer

Music moves us all. Babies in the mothers womb respond to music we now know. But the way music moves the elederly that suffer from Alzheimers disease is very touching. What would happen if we expose them to music, or even better innerdance, on a regular basis I wonder?

A friend of mine, Jonanthan Shamir, shared the following message:
I was wachting a lecture about the part in the brain where one stores language and more. They were talking about people whom suffered from brain seizures whom are  still able to sing because of the combination of music/sounds.
I wanna share with you a video, to me a very touching video about a woman who suffers of Alzheimer’s. She was a ballet dancer. That’s all what I need to say. The rest is up to you to see if you want.

It made me remember a documentary I watched some years ago, Alive inside, on Netflix. If its still there, or you can find it somewhere else, i highly recommend it.
